Important - please read carefully:

WITH EFFECT FROM 1/7/21

Brexit is having a considerable impact upon EU sales. In particular the new EU VAT rules. It isn't feasible for us to overhaul this shop to handle VAT so we'd advise buyers in the EU to use our Bandcamp pages, where VAT will be charged and we will then be able to send items for delivery duty paid, which shouldn't incur further charges. Failing this, if you contact us we can arrange to take the VAT and then send duty paid. However, Bandcamp makes all this a lot simpler. Customers outside the EU should find things much as they were; postage costs are rising but we're absorbing these for as long as we can. Eventually they'll have to go up as all our other costs are also rising.

Unless otherwise stated, all P&P prices are for Standard postage, which is 2nd Class in the UK and Royal Mail International Standard overseas. We strongly advise e-mailing us to ask for tracking to be added to your order (additional cost: £1 UK, £5 rest of the world).

1) Many orders qualify for free 320kbps MP3s and there's an automated system to manage this. If you do have any problems please send us an e-mail. If you want to buy just MP3s then go to the MP3 Shop only and check out from there - we can't accept mixed orders for vinyl and MP3s, but this is unnecessary, buy vinyl and you get the MP3s for free. If you don't get the link please check your spam folders before e-mailing us.

2) We currently accept PayPal and Nochex. The latter is a system allowing the use of most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) with no special account. If you don't have PayPal, choose this option.

3) If you want records delivered to an address other than the one to which your credit card is registered, please send us the delivery address in a separate e-mail as we often only receive the cardholder address when notified of a payment.

4) If you want to order two or more records in total try our Packages page but if you're after a configuration that's not shown then please e-mail us. The shop system is designed for individual purchases of just a few items and we've tried to keep it fairly simple.

5) Please note that we're unable to accept any responsibility for non-delivery unless the customer asks for a tracked/insured method as we have no control over this once we have handed the package over at the post office and obtained proof of posting.

Finally, if you do encounter any problems or have any questions please e-mail us. Other than English we also speak French, Spanish and Catalan and can get by reasonably well in Italian too, so don't be shy...
