The second June Brides single since they returned, the She Seems Quite Free EP will be released jointly by Occultation (PAN7DE032) and Slumberland (SLR207) in September. The 7" sees a return to the classic June Brides sound and features three new songs; Phil Wilson's Being There and She Seems Quite Free plus guitarist Simon Beesley's I'm Undone. Copies bought directly from Occultation and Slumberland will come with a special full-colour insert and free badge. A video of lead track Being There is below. The single, produced by Nick Halliwell of The Granite Shore/Distractions, also features other original Brides Jon Hunter and Frank Sweeney, along with Arash Torabi and new drummer Steve Beswick (ex-Wild Swans).
You can buy the single from the Occultation Shop and there's also a special package price to buy it together with the new Fishrider Records Temporary compilation, including a piece by Phil Wilson in the magazine. The same page also has an offer to buy it with the previous June Brides single.
